This AUP sets out what is and isn’t allowed when using the TextCall Services. It keeps delivery high and recipients protected for everyone on the platform.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the TextCall Services provided by Intergo Telecom Ltd. It protects recipients, carriers, networks and other customers. It is incorporated into the Master Services Agreement, and violating it may lead to suspension or termination. Customer is responsible for its own use and that of its End Users and downstream clients.
Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms and Tobacco (SHAFT) content, gambling, and other regulated categories are restricted and permitted only where lawful, pre-approved, age-gated and compliant with destination and carrier rules.
Customer must obtain and keep records of recipient consent where required, clearly identify itself as the sender, and honour opt-out requests (e.g. STOP) promptly. Verification/OTP and transactional traffic must not be used to deliver marketing.
Customer must comply with all applicable laws and with the rules of carriers, channel providers (including WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, RCS/Google and SMS operators) and regulators in each destination. Channel-specific policies apply in addition to this AUP.
TextCall may monitor traffic for security, fraud, quality and compliance, and may filter, throttle, suspend or terminate traffic or accounts that violate this AUP or threaten the platform or networks — with or without notice where necessary to prevent harm.
Report suspected abuse or policy violations to abuse@intergotelecom.com. We investigate reports and take appropriate action.
We may update this AUP to reflect legal, carrier or platform changes. The current version is always posted here.
